Taiyaki Soft Serve

Taiyaki (鯛焼き) is a Japanese fish-shaped cake. It imitates the shape of the Tai (Japanese red seabream), which it is named after.

The fish-shaped cake has been adapted into a cone with a wide mouth; used to accommodate delicious soft serve ice cream in traditional Japanese flavours, such as Matcha and Black Sesame.

Jam or cream first..?
