My fool-proof Vegan Crepe recipe

Makes a stack of approx 10 crepes.
Ingredients:
250 grams Plain Flour
2 teaspoon ORGRAN No Egg™ Egg Replacer (+4 tbsp water)
600 millilitres vegan milk (I use oat milk)
Vegan butter/spread (for frying)
Method:
1) Whisk egg replacer and water together in a small bowl.
2) Combine plain flour, egg replacer and oat milk in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
3) Allow to sit for 5 mins.
3) Heat a small amount of vegan butter in a frying pan and allow the butter to completely melt. Add a ladle of the mixture into the pan and swirl to coat the whole surface.
4) Cook each crepe for about 1-2 mins each side or until each side lightly browned.
